EZAD-M1 is a digital device for protection and work mode control of AC motors 380 V from the whole variety of powers – 0,5 – 300 kW in the electric drives of pumps ventilators, centrifuges, transport conveyors etc. that work during long or short periods of time. EZAD-M1 realizes an exact thermal models during heating and cooling of the electric motors, which is based on standardized thermal limit curves. There is an LCD display a powerful PIC processor with an in-built ADC and standard interface RS 232 allowing connection to other processing devices.
"EZAD-MI" (dual-processor with user interface) is a digital device for protection, remote control and management of asynchronous electric motors 380 V of the entire range of nominal powers: 0.5 - 300 kW in electric drives of pumps, fans, centrifuges, conveyor belts, etc. operating in continuous, short-term and repeated-short-term mode. EZAD-MI is a multifunctional protection, based on precise modeling of the standard and emergency modes in the engine. A Cyrillic liquid crystal display, two PIC processors (for protection and for communication) are used; two relay outputs (protection and alarm); two interfaces (standard RS 232 and parallel, compatible with terminal stations for remote control).
The electrical panels of the UZPA-2 series are designed for control and protection of horizontal and drilling type pumping units. They ensure controlled start-up of the unit, its safe operation during operation, visualization of the main parameters of the electric motor, and its automatic operation when controlled by external sensors.
The level control unit is designed for automation of pumping units controlled by levels in the well or tank. It provides the necessary hysteresis and light indication when switching and reaching critical level values. With the help of electronic protections from the EZAD series and the PVE-1 time relay, full automation of a pumping unit can be achieved.
The stand is designed to check: serviceability; functional suitability; reaching the nominal and maximum parameters of new and repaired pump units in the engine power range from 1 to 250 kW. In tests close to real production conditions, it is possible to register both the parameters of the electric motor and the pump. At the same time, the stand minimizes risky situations during the initial start-up, thanks to the built-in control, measuring and protective equipment, which allows quick decisions to stop the tests in the event of an abnormal situation.
